Beauty Pro Manager (Beauty Professional Team Leader)
The Beauty Pro Team Leader will act as a brand ambassador, promoting Beauty brand awareness internally and externally through activations including but not limited to photo shoots, training videos, PR, social media, and events. Attends and participates in Beauty brand and industry events as an ambassador to JCPenney.
Primary Responsibilities:
Partners and advises with Services & Events Director and Sr Training Managers on service artistry. Provides input and feedback on potential Beauty service opportunities. Brings together Beauty industry innovation and services that aligns with our diverse JCPenney customer.
Exhibits passion and commitment to the Beauty industry earning wide respect as a Beauty Artist. Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. For example, takes timely action on important or difficult issues. Identifies and pursues new opportunities that benefit the organization.
Facilitates Train the Trainer sessions, sharing brand, trend, and technique. Demonstrates and advises on product use and technique.
Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. For example, listens attentively and takes an interest. Keeps others well informed; conveys information clearly, concisely, and professionally when speaking or writing.
Supports Education Managers on developing curriculum to support new product and service launches in Beauty.
Supports the execution of the Beauty Experiences and Events strategy.
Follows Beauty trend and makes recommendations on new educational opportunities to help position Beauty as a trend-right beauty destination.
Contribute to the management of partnering relationships with internal clients, building effective working relationships, and providing high-quality professional services to support in delivering business strategy and plans.
