Pfizer's Global Supply Chain (GSC) team within the Pfizer Global Supply organization (PGS) has an exciting opportunity for a recent MBA graduate to join our team. These positions will fill critical roles that offer professional growth and development while helping to drive our purpose "breakthroughs that change patients' lives". In this role you will get hands-on experience working on projects and initiatives that support GSC business operations. These full-time roles will cross over many facets of our business by working with different stakeholders and teams across Pfizer.
Drive initiatives to improve supply initiating and overseeing significant supply improvement projects and ensuring coordination of relevant stakeholders; Overseeing continuous improvement efforts and identifying opportunities to refine supply chain processes working with global owners
Own visibility of assigned supply performance metrics for OpU maintaining and publishing an aggregate network-wide view of performance, in collaboration with GSC team and sites, by leveraging systems included SAP, Tableau and BOBJ
Actively participate on demand signal improvement initiatives across different OpUs and regions, by developing metrics and process improvement
Lead assigned projects to ensure supply continuity ensuring operating plans and budgets are met, meeting deadlines.
Drive adherence to assigned processes meeting with relevant stakeholders to ensure they are met, and improvements are identified.
Proactively manage the impact of supply issues , coordinating with and escalating to AMP (Above Market Planners), to ensure timely resolution and proper communication to all stakeholders .
Robust understanding of the S&OP Process ensuring process is actively used for relevant brands.
Bachelor's degree in related field
MBA or Master program in Supply Chain Management
3+ years of relevant work experience (working in any function related to supply chain management)
Proven ability to perform predictive analytics and propose unique solutions to challenging problems.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and proven track record of teamwork, adaptability, innovation, and initiative
Able to influence others on a matrix organization
Ability to effectively present and communicate to all levels of the organization including senior management
Project management knowledge from initiation to completion
Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Teams, Excel) and ability to learn and use Project Management tools and Tableau
Ability to collaborate in a flexible work environment with confidence
Strong knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain concepts and application.

Strong SAP and Tableau management
APICS CPIM or CSCP Certification
