The Opportunity
Coordinates day-to-day program activities for customer engagement projects of small to large scope. Fulfills role of team lead of large, cross-functional teams to coordinate and execute plans for collecting detailed feedback to drive new product development and successful commercialization. Coordinates resources across the organization to ensure programs acutely a line with customer needs. Represents the program to the organization, reports progress on various project activities, and collaborates with team members on program recommendations, risks, and resolution of issues to senior leadership team.
What You’ll Work On
•Coordinates project activities including; equipment, personal, and venue to facilitate quality feedback.
•Establish and maintain the process for collecting and documenting feedback across programs.
•Communicates with all levels of the organization, from operators on the floor to Project Sponsor in order to represent the critial feedback needed for each program.
•Lead activities across numerous functions to meet the objectives of a given program including scope, budget, and schedule.
•In partnership with Manager, identifies opportunities for improving overall performance of the program.
•Collaborates closely with functional core team leaders.
•Maintains a safe and professional work environment.
•Complies with worldwide medical device regulations including U.S. FDA, company policies and Good Manufacturing Practices.
•Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree ideally in Engineering or Science discipline
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of leading projects in a medical device, biomedical or high technology industry.
Ability to work in a matrixed and geographically diverse business environment. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to set goals and provide constructive feedback respectfully to build positive relationships and improve business results.
Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced changing environment. Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
Multi-tasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner.
Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills and ability to hold others accountable.
Preferred- 3 years of medical device industry experience.
Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross division business unit model.

The base pay for this position is $72,700.00 – $145,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
