Please join our Outlets team as a Bartender
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF ME IN THIS ROLE?
• Provide outstanding beverage service to patrons with professionalism and courtesy.
• Accurately and efficiently take and process drink orders, ensuring adherence to established recipes and standards.
• Utilize a Point of Sale (POS) system proficiently for order input, payment processing, and sales tracking.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, including bar tops, glassware, and service stations.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption, adhering to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with other team members, including bartenders, to ensure prompt order delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

The hourly rate for this role is $16.75 per hour tips .
Qualifications:
- Qualifications: • Previous experience as a bartender or similar customer service role is preferred.• Must hold valid OLCC permit and Oregon Food Handlers Card upon hire.• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.• Attention to detail and dedication to providing high-quality service.• Capable of lifting/pushing/pulling a moderate amount of weight..
