Textron Benefits Coordinator in Providence, Rhode Island
The HR Coordinator will utilize superior customer service anddetail-orientation to provide administrative and operational support in areas such as service delivery, benefits, compliance,audits and data integrity.
Support the benefits team with audits and regulatory reporting,including ACA and other compliance programs
Support benefit projects, such as Annual Enrollment and otherbusiness unit initiatives
Regularly review and update benefits processes and providerecommendations and suggestions for simplifications and enhancements
Provide escalation support, root cause analysis and correctiveaction
Prioritize and manage multiple processes and projectssimultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Protect and maintain the privacy of employee personnel recordsincluding, but not limited to, personal and compensation information aboutemployees
Minimum of a High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
Minimum of one year administrative experience required, relevant HR and benefit experience preferred
Experience with HR Systems preferred
Experience with ADP EPS preferred
Familiarity with HR policies/procedures, recruiting, employee benefits, and labor laws
High level of energy and positive attitude
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments to result in efficient and thorough turn-around times for daily and deadline sensitive duties in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
Customer focused and high degree of professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft based applications: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage work independently with little or nosupervision
Meticulous attention to detail
