Description

JOBSUMMARY

The HR Coordinator will utilize superior customer service anddetail-orientation to provide administrative and operational support in areas such as service delivery, benefits, compliance,audits and data integrity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the benefits team with audits and regulatory reporting,including ACA and other compliance programs

  • Support benefit projects, such as Annual Enrollment and otherbusiness unit initiatives

  • Regularly review and update benefits processes and providerecommendations and suggestions for simplifications and enhancements

  • Provide escalation support, root cause analysis and correctiveaction

  • Prioritize and manage multiple processes and projectssimultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner

  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

  • Protect and maintain the privacy of employee personnel recordsincluding, but not limited to, personal and compensation information aboutemployees

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of a High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred

  • Minimum of one year administrative experience required, relevant HR and benefit experience preferred

  • Experience with HR Systems preferred

  • Experience with ADP EPS preferred

  • Familiarity with HR policies/procedures, recruiting, employee benefits, and labor laws

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

  • High level of energy and positive attitude

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments to result in efficient and thorough turn-around times for daily and deadline sensitive duties in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment

  • Customer focused and high degree of professionalism

  • Proficiency in Microsoft based applications: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Resourceful/problem solver

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage work independently with little or nosupervision

  • Meticulous attention to detail
