The Role at a Glance
We are excited to add a Technical Reporting Specialist to the Group Protection Portfolio Enablement Organization.
As a Technical Reporting Specialist, you will contribute to planning and reporting to provide visibility of workstream health as well as planned and realized execution of initiatives across the Group Protection Portfolio. You will enable workstreams to provide consistent and timely reporting to stakeholders and partners, fostering transparency and accountability across our organization. You will develop and maintain reporting materials that are clear, concise, and reusable while meeting the needs of each target audience. You will be required to collaborate with varying levels of leadership in Group Protection, including Information Technology.
What you'll be doing
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to review and accurately document planned and realized technology delivery
Reviews and creates business-facing reports to provide transparency of workstream performance
Partners with Information Technology and finance to report on portfolio financials
Reviews and revises documented reporting processes on an ongoing basis for effectiveness and efficiency
Consults and collaborates with management and key stakeholders to identify information gaps; generates recommendations for information dissemination
What we’re looking for
Must Haves:
4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
1+ years experience in Document Management and Reporting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Tableau
Ability to create effective and professional reports
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style
Nice - to - haves:
1+ years experience in group insurance
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices

Level: P2
The pay range for this position is $53,500 - $96,300 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
