Lockheed Martin Data Security Administrator, Associate / Hybrid - Puerto Rico in Puerto Rico

Description: This position is for an Associate Data Security Administrator working for Lockheed Martin Enterprise IT, Corporate Information Security. This a hybrid role (>50% telecommuting), but with an onsite component in our Aguadilla, Puerto Rico facility. Candidates must be physically located in Puerto Rico to perform this role successfully.

The Associate Data Security Admin will be part of the Business Access Rules Product Team in support of the Provisioning Product Team. This role supports the access provisioning lifecycle by administrating tasks involved in managing accounts, access, and governance during the life of the account.

Duties include managing digital identification credentials via the MyID Credential Management Software application to process and distribute smart cards and YubiKeys to enable multi-factor authentication for end users. The Data Security Admin will perform ID Proofing verification of end users prior to issuing credentials and troubleshoot user access issues. This role will be responsible for maintaining access per corporate policies associated with inactivity and employee status changes. The Data Security Admin Asc. will follow and maintain standard operating instructions and respond with audit evidence when requested. The admin will prepare service metrics to track progress and opportunities for improvement. This role will be accountable for supplying requirements to enhance the access request lifecycle and review changes delivered by the Identity Governance and Access team.

Basic Qualifications:

- Knowledge of access management lifecycle processes

- Experience with Multi Factor Authentication

- Working knowledge of using digitally signed and encrypted email messages

- Knowledge of Request Management systems

- Demonstrated customer service experience

- Ability to contribute on a fast-paced virtual team, strong team skills

- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability and willingness to successfully complete required background checks

Desired Skills:

- SailPoint IIQ experience

- Information Security experience

- RSA Authentication Manager Experience

- MyID Credential Management Software experience

-Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) knowledge

-Secure/Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (S/MIME) experience

- Active Directory experience

- Service Now experience

- Working knowledge of scripting tools such as PowerShell

- Working knowledge of the Agile methodology

- Security+ Certification

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
