JOB Summary: The candidate, as key talent of CQL Engineering undercarriage team, is mainly responsible for leading to develop bulldozer track group systems & components for NPI, CPI, cost reduction and maintenance.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Research and develop new technology of both GLT (Grease Lubricated) and SALT (Oil lubricated) track link, anddevelop MGPP proposal for bulldozer.

  • Create concepts and lead the design and development of components and group, such as link as. group, link, pin, bushing, track shoes.

  • Lead CPPD activities by collaborating across functional partners: purchasing, suppliers, manufacturing engineering, materials technology engineering.

  • Follow APQP and FMEA process to evaluate new products risk and conduct validation.

Degree Requirement

Degree required, a bachelor degree in an mechanical Engineering.

Computer-Aided Design & Engineering: Knowledge of tools and techniques of specialized graphics programs; ability to produce, analyze, simulate and test product design drafts.

Product Design - MFG: Knowledge of processes, approaches, tools and techniques of product design; ability to convert customer and market requirements into product design.

Product Design and Development: Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from concept through to production.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Both grease and oil lubricated track link development experience for bulldozer.

  • Track roller/carrier roller/idler development experience

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Track link as. development experience from launch to production.
