Responsibilities

• Support the NPI process through an effective machine field follow process

• Support WBT Field Follow programs.

• Involve in the early stages of the NPI program to understand the high risk areas of FF machines and take care of it for better following.

• Work close with Dealer, CQL and communicate with related team for better understand the situation of field.

• Place machines in appropriate applications. Work more closely with NPI team to understand industry trends and component maturity to customize applications for maximum issue discovery.

• Report issues clearly and quickly through trip reports, PPRD records, and NPI system use.

• Timely creation of NPI issues as required through early issue identification and clear communications and collaboration with supporting groups to resolve them

• Support follow up on issues requested by NPI list management to support issue closure

• Control Field Follow expenses and minimize the cost.

Degree Requirement

Bachelor or above.
