We're on the lookout for an organized, proactive Sr Administrative Administrative assistant to join our Travel, Meetings, Card & Fleet team reporting to the Associate Vice President. What You'll Be Doing
Scheduling and Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the calendars of our leadership team, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
Meeting Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and setting up both in-person and virtual meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Travel Arrangements: Facilitate travel arrangements for the team, ensuring all logistics are smoothly handled.
Communication: Act as a point of contact for the leadership team, responding to inquiries and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Document Preparation: Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
Expense Management: Handle expense reports and ensure timely submission of any related documentation.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, such as filing, answering phone calls, and managing office supplies.
Ad Hoc Projects: Assist with various projects and tasks as they arise, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
Education:
- HS diploma/GED

Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
$66,080.00-$104,100.00

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
