This position is also known as Field Office Support Specialist and serves as a developmental path to future account management positions.
Performs standard and advance service offerings such as: copy, print production, mail and shipping operation, document scanning and general paperwork.
Assists in IT support functions such as clear paper jams, replacing toner or document formatting.
Implementation of new services and employee training.
Responsible for customer satisfaction.
Filing and labeling of documents and other materials for storage and retrieval.
Flexible with travel within a geographic territory.
Requires high school diploma and 12 months of related work experience.
Possible requirements include a current driver's license and the company minimum levels of auto insurance coverage.
Demonstrate proficiency with MS Office Suite and other computer skills.
