VF Corporation Senior Workday Reporting and Compliance Partner in Raleigh, North Carolina

Reporting to the Senior Director of Workforce Analytics, this person will hold the primary role ensuring proper business processes are followed yielding accurate data residing within Workday and compliance methods are followed:
This position is responsible for Global HR SOX compliance and reporting to the VF Global Assurance an Internal Controls Teams and 3rd parties for Workday business processes and Workday payroll compliance.
This position will support large data projects that have significant impact to the organization including but not limited to corporate tax, reorganizations, lawsuits, etc.
This partner is also responsible for providing data for federal and local reporting compliance such as AAP Plans, EEO, etc.
In addition, this role will maintain primary reporting responsibilities for WORKDAY, novice through advanced level.
Secondary support will be provided throughout the Global People Services teams. This individual will be a member of a centralized team, who will provide advanced reporting support for a variety of related HR processes/functionality; assists in the research, escalation and resolution of WORKDAY-related operational issues.
This role regularly works with information that requires a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Specific Accountabilities May Include:
Partners with HR, vendors, and cross functional teams to determine data integrity and/or business process related issues, combined with correction calls to action initiatives
Development of scheduled audit reports to be delivered to People Services Teams, as well as additional management.
Provides guidance and secures reporting requirements throughout the global People Services teams via partnering with various members of HR and Management
Leads the reporting initiative Globally.
Supports the HRIS foundation and business process designs to help facilitate accuracy of associate information such as supervisory organizations, job profiles and positions, locations, employee type
Problem solves escalated production support issue
May have testing responsibilities, including reviewing specifications, creating test scenarios and overseeing testing of the system for bi-annual system upgrades and new roll-out of new functionality
Assists with training users on reporting and data compliance
Assists with data validation, go live activities and post go live activities
Knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer
Education & Experience Required:
8 or more years of Human Resources data analysis work experience and 5 years of HR/HRIS/Payroll
System experience
Payroll practice or reporting experience
Workday experience
Advanced Workday report writing/analytical skills preferred
Experience in a complex, matrix type organization preferred
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Pay Range:
$88,000.00 USD - $132,000.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential:
This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
