We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Director of Global Oncology Forecasting & Business Analytics to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for delivering robust forecasts and conducting business analytics to support the commercial success of our groundbreaking Bladder Cancer therapies. As an integral part of our Global Commercial team, you will play a key role in shaping global commercial strategies and enabling data-driven decision-making, by integrating insights from forecast modeling, primary & secondary research and competitive intelligence.

Responsibilities:

o Develop/maintain/update forecast models to inform long-range financial planning and governance milestone decisions

o Deliver global forecasts, perform sensitivity analysis and establish bridges to prior forecasts.

o Facilitate and lead discussions to determine appropriate forecast model designs, formulate key assumptions, and ensure alignment with Global and Regional stakeholders

o Ensure rigor in global forecast assumptions by integrating insights from Competitive Intel and Market Research

o Effectively communicate to global and regional commercial leadership by clearly articulating and framing the opportunities and risks

o Partner with supply chain for supply planning

o Provide sound analytics support for inline and pipeline products as strategic business partner

o Develop strategic insights by integrating/synthesizing data and insights across various sources

o Partner with regional commercial analytics teams for product performance tracking and dashboards

o Advance functional capabilities in forecasting and business analytics. Identify and pull through innovation opportunities that drive tangible business impact

Qualifications

Required

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with at least 3 years in the commercial setting of the pharmaceutical industry

  • Forecasting experience in the pharmaceutical industry

Preferred

  • An advanced degree is preferred.

  • Forecasting & analytics experience in Oncology is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills and storytelling capability

  • Proved ability to gather data, analyze data for insights, and form recommendations

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Strong learning agility to quickly establish a sound understanding of the disease areas and relevant product-specific clinical data

  • Sound business acumen, and ability to validate business assumptions, discuss business and marketing strategies with commercial leads

  • Strong ability to “cut through” the noise, validate root cause directly with commercial leads, and strategically sums up context and recommendations

  • Ability to lead, manage, and influence others with or without direct authority

  • Collaboration skills and ability to form and maintain cross‐functional partnership

The base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
