Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Enterprise Quality (EQ) Change Management/Communications Co-op located in Raritan NJ, New Brunswick NJ, Horsham PA, Cincinnati OH, Irvine CA, or Jacksonville FL.
EQ Co-Op Program Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Enterprise Quality (EQ) Change Management/Communications Co-op to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and supporting organizational change initiatives. You will work closely with our EQ Strategy & Change Management team to support various projects, contributing to the success of our transformation journey.
Dates: Summer / Fall 2025 (June - Dec.)
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support the implementation of change initiatives, facilitate communication, and help ensure smooth transitions within Enterprise Quality
Communication Support: Create communications that will notify stakeholders of any major changes and keeping them informed of any updates to reduce resistance to change. Create and maintain SharePoint sites and provide technical support as needed.
Feedback Collection: Create user surveys and facilitate focus groups to help gather user feedback
Training Assistance: Create deliverables to support training end users
Conduct Research: Research best practices, trends, and tools in change management to inform strategies and improve existing processes
Administrative Support: Assist Change Management team with administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation
Reporting: Assist with creating reports and calendar views that will help track our team’s requests and manage our workload. Assist with managing our team’s intake process.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Junior or Senior studying change management, communications, organizational behavior/psychology, project management or business administration
Experience in change management, communications/marketing and healthcare industry is a plus
Familiarity with Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Zoom
Strong verbal & written communication skills with the ability to influence upstream and downstream stakeholders
Creative problem solving, ability to work through challenges logically and deliver solutions efficiently
Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while driving results
Must be a self-starter who works independently while contributing to team goals
Proven leadership/participation with campus programs and/or community service activities
Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$22 per hour to $51.50 per hour
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The anticipated base pay for this position is between $22 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. This position is overtime eligible. Intern/Co-ops may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, holiday pay, and the Company’s consolidated retirement plan in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans. Housing stipend will be offered for those that qualify. This position is ineligible for severance.
