THE OPPORTUNITY

The AT Senior Quality Excellence Manager is reporting to Quality Excellence Director for Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Systems (QS) for the Advanced Therapies Quality (ATQ) Platform and is responsible for driving the development and execution of End-to-End strategies that align with the overall business goals for the Advanced Therapies Quality (ATQ) Platform.

The responsibilities & impact YOU will have:

Project Management

  • Develop, maintain, and execute Advanced Therapies Quality projects that forward our strategies to maximize productivity, reduce OOS, improve quality, reduce turnaround time, improve costs, and optimize QA & QC processes across the platform. Ensure that the status of Quality projects is clearly understood by all stakeholders and that the organization is achieving its strategic goals at the optimum pace.

  • Define and articulate the vision of product/digital solution to business and IT partners.

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key features, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Oversee the development and management of digital solutions for Advanced Therapies Quality (ATQ) Platform.

  • Create, maintain, shape, and prioritise the product backlog, applying business expertise and understanding of business needs to ensure it is in sync with business G&O and changing priorities.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align digital strategies with business objectives.

  • Write clear and actionable user stories with acceptance criteria and ensure that the development team understands the requirements.

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of Advanced Therapies Quality (ATQ) Platform digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Engage with Business Partners to understand and align the requirements for Advanced Therapies Quality (ATQ) Platform digital solutions as well as seize opportunities to leverage global initiatives for ATQ deployment adapted to ATQ’s needs.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for digital solutions as part of the strategy within Advanced Therapies Quality (ATQ).

Performance Analysis

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital initiatives.

  • As part of digital strategy, shape, develop and implement an effective data governance, metrics and reporting capability.

  • Translate complex technical metrics into easily understandable visualisations, infographics, and other reporting formats.

  • Lead the design and build of visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards to provide the visibility on process controls and to facilitate the process improvement initiatives.

  • Analyse data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital strategies and make data-driven decisions.

Digital Strategy

  • Support/Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital strategy that supports the Advanced Therapies Quality (ATQ) Platform objectives and growth targets.

  • Establish the end-to-end map of ATQ systems sources, data ownership, availability, dependencies/connections, and data governance (incl. data quality).

  • Utilise data-driven insights and analytics to identify improvement and operations efficiencies opportunities.

  • Monitor industry digital trends, competitive landscape, and industry insights to identify business opportunities and adjust digital strategy accordingly.

  • Identify and prioritise digital initiatives based on business goals, process improvement initiatives and industry standards.

  • Drive strategic insights and analytics for the Advanced Therapies Quality (ATQ) Platform, through analysing and interpreting data, generating actionable insights to senior management.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders internally and externally to drive strategic partnerships, customer-centric strategies, and market expansion initiatives.

Innovation and Technology:

  • Stay up to date with the latest industry digital trends, technologies, and best practices.

  • Identify and evaluate new digital solutions and technologies to enhance the Advanced Therapies Quality (ATQ) Platform digital capabilities.

  • Drive innovation by proposing and implementing cutting-edge digital solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

  • Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritising features, optimising cost, and improving delivery efficiency.

  • Drive delivery of tools and technology that automate repetitive tasks, leverage data, augment decision making and reimagine processes.

  • Promote and grow the Intelligent Automation (IA) and its capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and educating colleagues across the ATQ organisation.

  • Provide guidance and support to team members in the development and execution of digital initiatives.

  • Promote a culture of learning and innovation within the ATQ Platform.

Qualifications

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have the following essential requirements:

To be successful, you demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within a virtual matrix environment. Further requirements include:

  • Minimum qualification is bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline with 8-10 years related experience or master’s degree in relevant discipline with 4-8 years related experience.

  • Experience in Quality.

  • Profound digital expertise in AI/mI IoT and other digital technologies with demonstrated success in applying these technologies to solve business problems.

  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively about how digital and data technologies can enhance quality and compliance processes.

  • Organizational planning and problem-solving experience.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Excellent knowledge of English.
