As a member of the Advanced Therapies Supply Planning team, the Supply Planning Co-Op:
Supports the Advanced Therapies Supply Planning team with project management and reporting.
Gains a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end Carvykti process.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams.
Participates in cell bank, plasmid and lentivirus planning.
Drives system enhancements and automation for the planning team.
Manages documents and document updates for material changes.
Improves training visibility by communicating weekly and monthly updates.
Increases understanding of J&J community and Credo by attending J&J learning activities.
Key Requirements:
Ability to demonstrate analytical and quantitative skills.
Ability to balance multiple projects and initiatives while achieving results.
Must be a self-starter who works independently while contributing to team goals.
Proven leadership/participation with campus programs and/or community service activities.
Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
Qualifications
Education:
Candidates must be actively enrolled in an accredited University for the duration of the co-op assignment pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or MBA.
Minimum GPA of 2.8 is required.
Completion of undergraduate freshmen year at accredited university is required.
Payrates:
Technical Degrees:
The anticipated base pay for this position is Sophomore $25.00/hr, Junior $26/hr, Senior $28/hr, Masters degree $33/hr.
Business Degrees:
The anticipated base pay for this position is Sophomore $22.00/hr, Junior $23/hr, Senior $24/hr, Masters degree $30/hr.
