The Manager, Global Product Management will be responsible for leading the global commercial strategy for the Flexible Robotics Urology product line. Reporting to Sr. Manager, Product Management for Monarch, this role will have responsibility for leading the commercial excellence strategy execution, project management of globally led commercial initiatives, and advancing ways of working to accelerate strategy execution and cross-functional/regional engagement.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic and high-energy environment, able to strategically lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver key infrastructure and process deliverables for product launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead downstream global marketing strategy, including building downstream launch plans and lifecycle management plans

  • Drive a culture of executional excellence, partnering across regions and functions to ensure flawless product launch

  • Develop key messages for sales teams to leverage in communicating with customers

  • Develop collateral for customer targets, including but not limited to presentation materials, brochures, advertising, and online content; and work with regional marketing partners to leverage materials locally

  • Partner with regional marketing to support regional infrastructure development and to ensure commercial and operational process readiness

  • Align with regional marketing to determine metrics to track launch status/success

  • Plan for and execute on end-of-life strategies

  • Partner with KOL liaisons to build strategies on KOL management that support business objectives

  • Lead the preparation for presenting Monarch Urology at global conferences

  • Lead product demos for customers and internal stakeholders

  • Represent global product management during demand planning

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field is required. Advanced degree (e.g., M.B.A. or M.S) is highly preferred.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 6 years of experience marketing in Medical Devices, including at least 2 years in downstream product management

  • Experience with market research and analysis, including (VOC) voice of the customer

  • Excellent interpersonal skills & executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence decision making at all levels and in a matrix environment

  • Ability to communicate complex issues simply, develop clear narratives, and present to senior leadership

  • Proven ability to act as a change agent and adapt to rapidly changing organizational and business issues

  • Capability to execute in high stress/fast paced environment and drive business results

  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills required

  • High level of written and oral communication skills

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience planning and executing US and OUS product launches for capital and consumables

  • Knowledge of the endourology market and the ability to anticipate market trends

  • Comfortable in an operating room setting

  • Robotics experience

Other:

  • This role will be based out of Redwood City, CA, and may require up to 30% travel, international and domestic

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $113,000 to $195,730
