  • Salary Range: $75,444 - $90,540 annually (Determined by function, education, experience, and qualifications of the applicant. A 15% salary uplift is provided on top of base salary for positions that are worked in New York City or San Francisco, which is subject to change depending on market conditions.) .

Job Summary:

The Construction Coordinator is responsible for supporting projects across all global business units for deploying and maintaining assigned Bechtel Standard Application (BSAP). The role will be part of the Corporate Digital Delivery team within the Advanced Work Packaging workstream.

The role is accountable for engaging project management and subject matter experts and ensure a timely and successful deployment on projects. It is accountable for software meeting work-process requirements, identifying and implementing innovative concepts, work processes and tools to meet strategic project requirements, lower cost and reduce project duration.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Promote Bechtel's Zero accident philosophy in safety and promote other corporate initiatives such as quality and improving Corporate Construction Automation communication in Bechtel.

  • Support the implementation of strategizing, planning, and follow through of deployments on projects across all Global Business Units (GBUs).

  • Support the interface with projects across all Bechtel GBUs to collect functional requirements.

  • Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assurance for software releases.

  • Work with projects and the Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) Digital Delivery manager to resolve technical and work process issues related to construction.

  • Responsible for preparing presentations, business reviews and white papers to support the product owners and the AWP Digital Delivery manager.

  • Position requires travel to project sites when required for deployment support and training.

  • Coordinate and conduct application training (train the trainer) and roll out to project sites.

  • Initiate and liaison with Corporate Engineering, Procurement, Startup, HR, IS&T, and Quality organizations to support Digital Delivery initiatives.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations for various Senior Management and EPC Functional meetings and events.

Basic Qualifications;

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or another relevant technical discipline from an accredited university within the past twelve (12) months.

  • Ability to work and remain in the US without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

  • Demonstrated commitment to Environment, Safety, and Health (ES&H).

  • Demonstrated commitment to a Zero Accident safety program.

  • Must be computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.

  • Experience resolving problems involving multiple parties.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Should be a quick learner and be able to adapt to changing priorities.

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
