Position description:

Participates in the design, development and implementation of complex processes including compliance, regulatory, risk governance, and project/initiative governance throughout CRECD&S. Ensuresregional and line of business needs & issues are addressed. Responsible for participating in and leading project/risk routines including awareness, assessment, reporting, design, planning and implementation. Oversees distribution and training for all CRE CD&S procedures, forms and guidance documentation and functions as a technical expert in their assigned area. Must have in-depth understanding of the business unit's processes and implications on other groups and other divisions within the company. Clearly recognized as a content expert by peers with detailed knowledge of credit, compliance, regulatory policies and CRE processes, procedures and products. Strengths in project management, reporting,analytics, SharePointdesign, and excel are required.

Enterprise Role Overview:

Responsible for the day-to-day resolution of complex problems and the execution of complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business unit(s), including research. Leads in the design, development and implementation of complex products, systems and services in an operations environment. Manages projects and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives of an operations nature. Functions as the technical expert in their assigned area. Major accountabilities are based on individual expertise and capabilities. Provides work direction, guidance and expertise to less experienced associates and provides training to associates and Business Partners on new and complex initiatives. Builds strong relationships with Business Partners across LOBs. Has in-depth understanding of the business unit's operations processes and implications on other groups within the operations function and other divisions within the company. Knowledge acquired through increasingly responsible operations analysis work. Clearly recognized as a content expert by peers. Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred. Individual typically has 5-7 years of experience.

  • B.A. or B.S. in a relevant field or equivalent experience

  • Experience with project management and process improvementAnalytics & reporting experience

  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate complex written information in a clear, concise manner

  • Experience building relationships with partners to understand business and communication needs

  • Strong time management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities for concurrent projects effectively

  • Strategic thinking with proven track record for execution in a fast paced environment

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint

  • Ability to remain flexible and adjust to evolving business needs

  • Understanding the wholesale credit businesses and operations a plus
