UPS PT Revenue Recovery Admin - Richmond in Richmond, Virginia

If you’re looking to expand your career horizons at the world’s largest transportation and logistics company, we want to hear from you! UPS is seeking a Revenue Recovery Administrative Assistant who has six months to one year experience in a fast-paced office environment. He/she understands general office procedures and is able to communicate effectively, solve intermediate-level problems, assist with basic research and effectively manage time.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assists with general office duties (e.g., answering telephone, data entry, filing, etc.)

  • Prepares reports using Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Coordinates and prepares information for internal use and distribution

Knowledge and Skills

  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under supervision; high attention to detail

  • Possesses effective verbal/written communication, problem-solving, research and time-management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

  • Exhibits accurate and rapid data entry

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 6 months office support experience
