Line of Business Job Description:

Main point of contact for Clients for Onboarding and implementation related queries within BofA across ACH product. Candidate must be available to offer excellent Client service and deal with all Client queries during the onboarding process, building relationships between our Clients and internal BofA departments. Attain up to date market knowledge on the key initiatives and developments pertaining to the ACH Product. Directly interacting with Clients as needed as the main point of contact for clients on all ACH operational issues and will act as Client advocate within BofA to ensure all clients’ needs are met.

Job Description:

This job is responsible for analyzing the day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities include building new procedures, completing complex non-routine analytics, creating reports, and reviewing exception testing and processing. Job expectations include supporting continuous improvement of processes by identifying trends and understanding the operations environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads implementation for products, services, and operational solutions

  • Manages the design, documentation, implementation, and monitoring of new products and services

  • Consults on procedural, technical, and operational changes

  • Advances business products knowledge within operations environment

  • Fosters relationships with partners and teammates

  • Inspects data to identify issues and trends

  • Presents reporting on key performance and implementation status

  • Reviewing documents, client outreach for additional clarifications, updating system of records with client information, and testing with clients in a User Test Environment

  • Review and correction of daily audits and other exception processing as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Analytical thinking, problem solving skills and detail oriented

  • Good oral and written communications skills

  • PC proficiency and excellent Keyboarding/Typing skills

  • Ability to work independently, as well as, collaborate within a team

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
