Job Description:
Make sure weights are correct on containers prior to sending them out on aircraft to safeguard an accurate weight and balance therefore ensuring safety of flight
Verify all hazmat paperwork is present and correctly placed for ramp operation
Double checking accuracy on manifest to ensure proper forecasting of volume
Contact load planner / supervisor if paperwork is not correct to get proper paperwork for the flight
Monitor final pulls to make sure all sort containers are not missed in the building and brought out to the aircraft in a timely manner
Testing and monitoring every scale before weighing up each and every container nightly to ensure safety of flight
Verify inbound containers to ensure accurate destinations are being serviced
If containers are not in the system – call container control to have unpredicted volume predicted
Track all inbound containers to ensure that all inbound volume is serviced
Assist management with servicing inbound containers in correct order
Locate missing containers / volume
Ballmat – monitor the aircraft blocking in to assist the inbound management with employee utilization
Employees need to know and understand inbound slics to help accurately sort and predict volume
Stock and prepare all coolers for pilots

Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $15.60/hr to $25.35/hr. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
