The ideal candidate will have strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department as well as the following:

  • At least one year of Food & Beverage experience within a restaurant or banquet operations within the hotel hospitality field.
  • One year of banquet events experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and Canva.
  • Previous experience with POS systems such as InfoGenesis is preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays is required.
  • A guest forward service heart!

Salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.

A Food and Beverage Manager directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments (outlets and banquets) to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implements effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs. Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards. Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
