Kellanova Manufacturing Reliability, Site Lead II in Rome, Georgia

As a Manufacturing Reliability Site Lead II, you will drive efficiency and cost improvement initiatives at our Rome, GA, plant, which is the flagship facility for Rice Krispies Treats in North America. You’ll enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and deliver cost savings through Kellogg Work Systems (KWS/Lean Manufacturing) methodologies. This is an on-site role typically following the Monday – Friday 7 AM—5 PM schedule.

This role offers exciting opportunities to lead strategic initiatives, collaborate with leadership, and make a significant impact on our manufacturing processes.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Demonstrating Strategic Leadership – Spearhead the phase progression campaign for KWS while coaching the KWS center of excellence leaders and members.

  • Driving Continuous Improvement – Oversee high-value projects and track the pipeline of identified projects for visibility, identifying process inefficiencies and sources of loss.

  • Strategizing to Win – Collaborate with all Rome employees, both salary and hourly to identify and reduce/eliminate chronic and sporadic losses through data analysis.

  • Impacting Results – Extend the use of KWS (Kellogg Work Systems) improvement tools within quality, safety, and food safety, and support the manufacturing reliability process.

  • Empowering Teams – Train and coach KWS leadership and management skills for all plant employees, coordinating closely with Regional KWS/MR directors.

    We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field.

  • Proven experience leading continuous improvement projects (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, KWS, IWS, HPO).

  • Exceptional ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams across all organizational levels.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • A passion for improvement and creative thinking.

  • Proven leader who is self-driven and develops their team and others as part of their normal daily standard work.
