The Assistant Valet Manager will oversee the Valet/Door team and support the Front of House operations. This role reports to the Front Office Manager and will work closely with our third-party garage management team. The Assistant Valet Manager leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, cash control for cashiers, payroll, interviewing and is responsible for the financial performance and success of the valet operations. The Assistant Valet Manager will lead the attendants whom welcome and create the first impression upon guest arrival. This may include assisting the passengers during the loading and unloading process. The attendant's primary responsibility is to safely and efficiently relocate guest automobiles to designated parking locations. It requires precise communication and coordination with the hotel guest services and knowledge of daily events.
This position has a salary compensation ranging from $68,640-$78,700.

Qualifications:
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a face paced environment.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles.
Experience and a thorough understanding of valet service.
Hotel experience and Opera knowledge is preferred with a strong understanding of front of the house operations
Ability to work a flexible schedule of AM or PM shifts, holidays and weekends
