Embassy Suites by Hilton Sacramento Riverfront Promenade is searching for a Night Auditor to join the team.
Our hotel overlooks the Sacramento River, next to the iconic Tower Bridge. We're within a 10-minute walk of the Old Sacramento Waterfront District and events at the Golden 1 Center.The property has 242 guest suites with over 9,800 square feet of event space and 11 meeting rooms.

Classification:Full-Time
Shifts: 11pm to 7:30 am weekends and holidays are required
- Hourly rate:$23 to $23
The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in customer service, hotel front desk operations, and a supervisory role. Strong independent decision-making skills and the ability to work without supervision are essential.
What will I be doing?
As Night Auditor, you would be responsible for overseeing late arrivals, guest's requests, the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Audit, post and balance daily cashiers' work for outlets including, but not limited to, outlets in Rooms and Food and Beverage
- Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists
- Schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members
- Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
- Assist Front Office leadership with the checking in and checking out of guests.
- Respond to guest inquiries and in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Provide driving and/or walking directions to guests to local destinations
- Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel, including, but not limited to, directions, hours of outlet operation, hotel services, hotel events and local and community events and attractions
