Job Description

We're looking for a candidate who is able to hit the ground running as a Material Coordinator to support our Identification of Friend or Foe radar systems contract at Webster Field. Working directly with supply management, you will be a hands-on part of receiving, discrepancy reporting, routing, frustrated invoices and the repairable tracking ERP group. You will assist receiving, material control, and procurement departments with MIGO transactions within ERP for MILSTRIP and PCARD Direct Turnovers (DTO). Working directly with our Government Lead and Warehouse Supervisor, you will participate in all physical inventories, prepare/generate Record Reconciliation summary reports, audit locations prior to inventories, and correct inventory discrepancies. We are looking for a candidate with experience in Navy logistics (OM&S processes), central receiving and physical inventory, Navy ERP, and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).

The hourly rate for this position is set by the Dept of Labor and is not negotiable. Current rate is $29.05/hr.

This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland in the St. Mary's County Technology Corridor adjacent to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station.

There is no monetary relocation assistance budgeted for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to St. Mary's County, Maryland or surrounding areas.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

High school diploma and at least two years of related experience

Skilled user in Navy ERP

Experience with receiving, shipping, inventory control (MB51/LX02), transfers, goods receipts/issues, over/under count

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

Military service training

Vocational or community college training

Associate degree and/or progress toward further education

Pay Information

This position is covered by a wage law called the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act (SCA). The wage range for this position is determined by the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor on a contract-by-contract basis.
