Job Description

Job Summary

The successful candidate for this position will work in a fast paced accounting department. This role involves direct communication with external taxing authorities as well as internal client groups, including Branch Managers, management and Operations staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process day to day business license forms, including any required accounting entries;

  • Assist with Sales and Use Tax filings, as needed;

  • Resolve business license inquiries received from internal staff;

  • Assist with the monthly financial reporting process, including preparing reconciliations;

  • Prepare and distribute management reports;

  • Maintain branch location listing and license requirements;

  • Assist with projects and initiatives as required; and

  • Other duties as assigned.
