Job Description
This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 3 per week averaging 12 days per month in one of our Corporate Offices in either St. Petersburg, FL or Memphis, TN.
Responsibilities :
Collect business requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis, to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goals.
Support and contribute to the documentation of "as is" and "to be" processes and describe the changes required to migrate to the "to be" capability to record accurately the change required.
Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
Manage a project workstream within a transformational change program, ensuring coordination with related activities; use structured change management methodologies to identify barriers to change and to propose actions to overcome these barriers.
Explore and develop a basic understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.
Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring issues to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.
Maintain an established set of enterprise architecture artifacts.
Maintain an established set of artifacts and lead business process mapping and efficiency work, including methodology and approach, workshop facilitation, and maintenance of appropriate business process and enterprise-wide requirements, to support the wider change agenda.
