Job Description:

As a Territory Sales Executive, Presort Services (Anywhere near the Salt Lake City, Utah area), you will be a critical part of the Pitney Bowes Presort Services team. In this position, you will be at the forefront of the growth and continued success

Presort Services has over 4,000 amazing people who are the driving force, the inspiration and foundation of our over 40 network of processing centers. We commingle over 17 billion pieces of mail annually. We have the 2nd largest mail volume in the world behind only the United States Postal Service (USPS). The base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements and the location where you will be performing the job. This role has uncapped commission.

You Are a Sales Executive with a proven track record who thrives on developing new relationships in a competitive but established market where we have brand permission. You will play a critical part in ensuring the success of our sales impact in the Salt Lake City, Utah geography by onboarding new logos across our full suite of services. You are an ambitious individual who passionately hunts new business by understanding Presort Services trends. You use great business acumen, think creatively, respond quickly, and display a positive attitude.

You Will

  • Generate new business revenue growth through identifying, prospecting, managing, and closing new opportunities.

  • Be responsible for a combination of Business Development and Territory Management activities.

  • Drive sales for primarily New Logos with some Existing Client Cross-Sell opportunities.

  • Sell to a mix of clientele including company Owners and VP-level contacts.

  • Sell across our suite of Presort commingle services including First Class Letters, Postcards, Flats, Marketing Mail Letters, Marketing Mail Flats, and Bound Printed Matter Parcels

  • Deliver high caliber presentations incorporating value-based strategies and fiscal impacts.

  • Negotiate pricing and contracts. Meet and exceed quota standards.

  • Participate in industry networking including local Postal Customer Council, Printing Industry Association, or other locally relevant organizations.

  • Travel periodically for in-person meetings as well as site tours or visits.

  • Partner on Client transitions post-sale to our locally based customer service representatives who maintain world-class Net Promoter Score.

Your Background

As a Territory Sales Executive, Presort Services, you have:

  • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in Business Administration preferred.

  • 5+ years of Outside B2B sales experience.

  • Industry experience in the fields of Postal, Lettershop, or Logistics preferred.

  • Highly initiative taking with a competitive drive, strong work ethic, proficiency of Salesforce.com (or similar CRM).

  • Previous sales experience utilizing Consultative, and Value based selling with successful C-Suite penetration capabilities, with excellent communication skills.

  • Proven success with prospecting and selling skills to secure new accounts as demonstrated by 3+ years of over quota performance.
