Assist revenue team is researching & analyzing past data, in addition to building forecasts and budgets. Additional ad hoc tasks.
Hybrid role: 4 days a week in office and 1 day per week remote.
Build and analyze quarterly revenue forecasts for multiple markets
Research anomalies and analyze changes between forecasts and years. Be able to succinctly report on findings
Complete monthly reporting on revenue received. Research significant retro activity, analyze anomalies, and identify trends. Build positive relationship with payor contacts and quickly resolve any issues, and display ownership of any ongoing issues
Complete audits on CMS plans to ensure payments are accurate
Complete any additional ad hoc reporting
Be able to balance competing priorities
Regularly communicate progress
Independently work in Tableau, Excel, & SQL to produce deliverables

Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field required or Associate’s Degree with an additional 4+ years of experience beyond the required years of experience may be submitted in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree
1+ year of any combination of accounting or financial analysis experience
Intermediate level proficiency in Excel
3+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience in a clinic or healthcare setting
Experience working in environment with completing priorities
Intermediate level proficiency in SQL & Tableau
