Retail Sales Associate

The Employee will be responsible for the following aspects in particular:

  • apply the instructions of management;

  • welcome and serve customers;

  • ensure the sale of products;

  • provide for information on the stock;

  • tidy up the goods and the store in general;

  • if requested, manage opening and closing of the store;

  • ensure the good performance of the store;

  • possibly manage the cash register in ensuring good governance;

  • and, generally, trace any difficulties and inform management of it, especially relating to customers and to local competition.

  • have the goal of customer satisfaction and will ensure to face any difficulties, to take any instructions from your superiors to meet this goal.

  • show particular care, particularly concerning punctuality, given the responsibilities entrusted to him.

  • agrees to comply with any professional regulations, internal rules and / or code of good conduct if any apply or implemented within the Company.

  • commit to attend various working meetings you may be invited to as well as agrees to keep immediately informed your direction of any difficulties encountered in the exercise of its functions.

  • features may change or be adapted according to the development and activity of the Company.

$14.64 USD - $21.96 USD per hour
