The objective of the Clinical Quality Analyst (RN - Chart Auditor) is to review our clinician's documentation and call out any inconsistencies or areas for improvement. They are responsible for determining the accuracy and compliance of the chart created by Sanvello providers. They must be able to exercise judgement / decision making based on Sanvello care standard to identify defects/violations as well as opportunities for improvement and best practices.
Review chart from behavioral health therapy sessions for correctness and completeness in the documentation of and notifies appropriate personnel regarding any necessary corrections
Participate in auditor calibration meeting to increase audit competence level
Perform other duties assigned

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Sunday- Saturday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime and holidays.

Valid, active and unrestricted Puerto Rico RN license
3+ years of clinical experience
1+ years of experience in clinical audit
Professional writing and verbal communication skills with customers and/or other behavioral health providers
Electronic Medical Record Experience
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel - create/edit/save documents, and Outlook- email and calendar management)
Availability to work 40 hours/week Monday- Friday during our business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime and holidays.
Professional proficiency in English (verbal, written)
You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location
Employees are required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. In addition, when in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attained
Bachelor's degree in nursing
