Job Description:

In this role, you'll connect plant planning to our Global teams and implement solutions that make a tangible difference in patient outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a comprehensive weekly and monthly production plan for Biosurgery San Lorenzo, optimizing service levels and efficiency in line with requirements from the Supply Network Planning team.
Assess plan attainment on a weekly and monthly basis, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions ((code level plan attainment, transfer plan attainment, NRP-A, cMPS-A)
Oversee planning and monitoring of transfer projections and their execution.
Maintain open communication with manufacturing operations to quickly address challenges affecting production capacity, raw material availability, etc. and resolve issues effectively.
Manage FG and ORC PSI updates, adjusting supply planning scenarios as needed.
Analyze customer service recovery scenarios and monitor BO priorities as required.
Represent the production planning team during the monthly S&OP meetings and contribute to improvements to move towards IBP Supply Review process.
Ensure net requirements accuracy and collaborate with the Supply Network team to identify and correct any discrepancies before finalizing the plan for the site.
Optimize the use of available resources to maintain a reliable, efficient, and productive operation.
Conduct inventory analyses and spearhead initiatives to improve management of FG, WIP, and RM.
Support initiatives to enhance supply planning parameters and contribute to digital and automation strategies.
Act as a representative for the cMPS Optimizer project, overseeing the rollout and operational phases.
Drive process simplification and continuous improvement efforts to reduce waste and promote right-first-time solutions.
Assist with financial planning processes (BP / JU / NU / LRPP / LRFP)
Demonstrate positive leadership qualities, effectively communicating and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Collaborate with internal and external customers, suppliers, vendors, and global sites, building trustworthy relationships with key manufacturing and planning stakeholders.
Promote teamwork, communication, and total associate involvement.
Strive to enhance service experience for internal stakeholders while partnering with the End-to-End Supply Chain and Global Planning teams to foster collaboration.

Job requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 4 years of related work experience
Experience is required in Supply Chain Operations and Planning
Strong background in a manufacturing environment is essential
Exceptional customer focus with excellent interpersonal skills
Powerful verbal and written communication abilities
Strong troubleshooting aptitude and effective multi-tasking skills
Solid analytical capabilities, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
Strategic thinking and strong leadership skills in managing complex operations
A mindset oriented towards continuous improvement
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
Familiarity with systems such as OMP, SAP S4 HANA, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel is preferred
Experience in the Healthcare and/or Medical Devices industry is highly desirable
APICS certification is a plus
