How will you make an impact in this role?

The primary objective would be to deliver very high standard of customer service by reviewing and analyzing requests received from merchants and customers globally for prepaid products and make informed decision to pay or decline the request post determining if all the compliance requirements are met.

Travelers Cheques & Prepaid Servicing (TCPS) operations team ensures extraordinary customer service for our customers and merchants in a 24

  • 7, multi-lingual environment. We manage servicing and operations for prepaid products giving support on all queries from a phone servicing and back-end operations perspective.

Responsibilities:

  • This role will be responsible for clearing all exceptions from the processing of American Express Travelers Cheques

  • Analyse payment requests received from Business encashment partners (clearing partners & ACM partners) for Traveller’s Cheque and make informed decision to pay or decline the request post determining if all the procedural requirements are met.

  • Determine the payment method and accurately process the payments after verifying the bank information. Process Payments within daily cut off time to meet SLA’S

  • Process Traveller’s Cheque in main frame system on daily basis to update the Traveller’s Cheque status

  • Reporting of daily & monthly volumes for encashment partners

  • Building & maintaining communication lines with internal and external business partners

  • Manage change effectively to meet / exceed performance targets

Minimum qualification :

  • 2 - 3 years of Prior Travellers Cheque and Main Frame experience and/or operations experience.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment and maintain strong attention to detail.

  • Good listening and decision-making skills

Salary Range: $20.00 to $33.65 hourly bonus benefits
