Performs those duties directly involved with a variety of technical procedures applying high frequency sound waves for the purpose of detecting pathology. Operates the Ultrasound equipment and develops the ultrasound films to obtain a permanent record of the examination. Assist in the daily operating of the Imaging Services Department. Uses sterile techniques with all procedures requiring it and assists the radiologist with procedures when a physician’s presence is required. Position requires call.

*EDUCATION: * Vocational/Technical
License/Certification: RDMS (Within 6 months of hire date) BLS or BLS Instructor (3/2016) all cards issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross (1/1/20)
