Our Shockwave Medical portfolio aims to establish a new standard of care for medical device treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease through its differentiated and proprietary local delivery of sonic pressure waves for the treatment of calcified plaque.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Project Manager to join the Shockwave brand team. This role will drive the execution of various marketing projects, ensuring efficiency, alignment and timely delivery. The Project Manager will lead the management of the creative workflow platform to streamline processes and enhance collaboration. This position reports to the Associate Director, Brand Strategy and is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who excels in managing timelines, budgets and resourcing, improving workflows and working cross-functionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of brand and marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with goals.

  • Manage project intake, resource allocation and timelines while streamlining processes to drive efficiency.

  • Develop project timelines, assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure on-time execution.

  • Serve as the owner of the creative workflow platform, ensuring it is optimized, maintained and effectively utilized by the team to manage projects and approvals.

  • Continuously refine workflows, tools and best practices to enhance team productivity.

  • Work with external vendors and finance to support the brand team administratively, ensuring efficient processes and budget management.

Requirements:

  • College degree (BA or equivalent).

  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably with agency and/or healthcare industry experience.

  • Strong understanding of marketing and creative workflows, from concept to execution across a multitude of channels and tactics.

  • Ability to proactively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across marketing and creative, with an understanding of regulatory processes preferred but not required.

  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Pay Transparency:

  • The anticipated salary range for this position is $91,000 - $147,200

  • For Bay Area only the range is $105,000 - $169,050

  • The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

  • Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.

  • Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

  • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

  • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year

  • Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
