Robotics & Digital Solutions, part of the Johnson & Johnson family of companies is currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst - RAD. This role will be based in Santa Clara, CA , under a hybrid schedule.

Robotics and Digital Solutions, is part of Johnson & Johnson Med Tech. At Johnson & Johnson Robotics and Digital Solutions, we’re changing the trajectory of health for humanity, using robotics to enhance healthcare providers’ abilities and improve patients’ diagnoses, treatments, and recovery times. Johnson & Johnson Robotics was established in 2020 with the integration of Auris Health, Verb Surgical, C-SATS, and Ethicon. It comprises three key med-tech platforms: Flexible Robotics (MONARCH®), Surgical Robotics (OTTAVA™), and Digital Solutions. You’ll collaborate on breakthrough medical technologies that unite multiple subject areas to build a connected digital ecosystem that advances medical professionals’ skills and improves patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape, build and maintain market models & forecasts, collaborating with business partners and team members

• Focus on improving and building out new capabilities / scorecards / dashboards using Tableau and other visualization tools to meet evolving business needs

• Standard reporting and analytics execution

• Work with internal customers to define required data sets and information, support the business teams to solve complex analytical challenges

• Collaborate and influence multiple partners to ensure the use of fact-based insights in key business discussions

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or other related field is required; additional relevant certifications preferred

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3 years of Data Analyst experience

• Expertise in Excel and Tableau (technical interview required)

• Shown success working in a complex, highly matrixed, global organization with constantly evolving priorities and timelines.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to communicate optimally and effectively with multi-functional teams

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Experience in Med Tech, Healthcare, or Life Sciences

• Python, SQL, PowerBI

Other:

• This role will be based out of our Santa Clara CA facility and may require up to 10% travel (international and domestic)

• The anticipated base salary range for this role is $83,800 to $134,895
