The Opportunity

This position works out of our Santa Clara, CA location in the SH divison.

What You’ll Work On

  • We are looking for a Downstream Senior Product Manager to join the TMTI (transcatheter mitral and tricuspid interventions) Global marketing team to work on Structural Heart mitral therapies (MitraClip and Tendyne).

  • This individual will be responsible for working closely with our regional partners to support the successful execution of product launches in the mitral repair & replacement space in the main geographies worldwide.

  • The Senior Product Manager will work on developing messaging and multi-channel marketing campaigns in collaboration with creative agencies to drive our strategic commercial goals.

  • Be an expert in MitraClip & Tendyne procedures and clinical data and work closely with Clinical and Med Affair teams to drive our podium and publication strategy.

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of competitor marketing strategies, market trends and dynamics, and customer feedback to drive our competitive messaging and campaigns.

  • Drive qualitative and quantitative research projects to gather insights to drive messaging and marketing strategies.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, field teams, and key opinion leaders.

  • Take a leadership role on project teams to work closely with the project manager to drive accountability and team achievement of goals and milestones.

  • Work closely with the upstream marketing team, new product development, clinical engineering, clinical science, medical affairs, regulatory, sales, and regional marketing teams to align franchise goals and strategies.

  • Help manage the entire product lifecycle, including market introduction, geographic expansion, and eventual product discontinuation, ensuring continuous alignment with market needs.

  • Be adaptable and responsive to changes in priorities and requests from senior management.

Required Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

  • Minimum 3+ years of product marketing or sales experience working in healthcare, life sciences, or imaging technology-based products.

  • Knowledge/ability to develop and execute a new product launch.

  • Strong analytical skills as well as written and oral communication skills.

  • Experience in working in a matrix environment with global and cross-functional partners.

  • Able to understand technical and scientific information.

  • Able to influence and motivate individuals from sales, marketing, R&D and other functional areas to drive franchise forward.

  • Ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines on time and on budget.

  • Ability to travel 30% of the time.

  • Structural Heart or Cardiovascular experience strongly preferred.

The base pay for this position is $128,000.00 – $256,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
