Rate of Pay: $177,000 - $195,000/year

Job Duties: Lead reliability activities (design for reliability, reliability characterization and demonstration) for several subsystems of a complex medical robotics system. Work closely with the Design, Quality, Verification and Manufacturing teams to develop reliability test and analysis methods, to detail and execute reliability analysis and testing in design and verification phases of the capital equipment product lifecycle in an FDA regulated environment. Author, release and execute reliability protocols and issue reports per system reliability plan. Participate in failure analysis and perform root-cause analysis on electromechanical equipment with multifunctional teams. Act as subject matter expert on R&D team for Design for Reliability. Mentor junior engineers and provide detailed status and tracking of activities to the leadership team.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Reliability Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related field followed by 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or in a Staff Reliability Engineer-related occupation.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$177,000 - $195,000/year

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
