Rate of Pay: $120,000 - $140,000/year

Job Duties: Provide process engineering and controls support for the development of J&J medical devices. Support the planning and execution of processes to evaluate the cost, quality, and capabilities of operations. Provide hands-on problem-solving, process, and manufacturing assistance supporting a rapid development cycle. Assist the team with design, product realization, and technical management of devices. Design and perform activities to implement effective, high-quality processes and design guidelines for dissemination in assigned project areas. Support the development, production, and refinement of documentation and instructions. Develop equipment, materials, and process performance requirements and perform vendor searches and equipment evaluation to support project teams in producing viable robotic systems. Serve as a liaison to assigned projects and support teams with all aspects of systems engineering, focusing on technical planning, control, assessment, and decision analysis processes. Work through all phases of product development from conceptualization to production. Work to ensure safe, robust, and reliable solutions by applying engineering methods with good documentation processes and releasing design documentation through an ECO process.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Systems Engineer-related occupation.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$120,000 - $140,000/year

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
