Cigna Brighter- Sales Development Representative in Santa Monica, California

Brighter is looking for a highly motivated and driven sales professional to join our team! As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll help fuel Brighter’s growth by creating new business opportunities and increasing adoption of our SaaS platform among healthcare providers nationwide.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use phone and email outreach to maximize adoption of Brighter’s software among dental providers in key markets throughout the US
  • Foster long term relationships with top tier providers
  • Identify and connect with decision makers to demonstrate the value of Brighter’s scheduling software
  • Manage a robust pipeline of accounts through the entire sales process: contact, qualify, pitch, and close
  • Convert inbound leads generated from marketing efforts
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track account progress, logging opportunities, contacts, and activities in accordance with sales department best practices
  • Achieve & exceed monthly quotas and metrics

Qualifications:

SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1 years of outbound sales experience, or significant experience building relationships with clients required. SaaS experience a plus!
  • Dynamic phone presence and consultative sales approach, people trust you, and enjoy talking to you
  • Eager to advance within a growing company and accelerate your sales career
  • Self-starter
  • Results driven
  • Perseverant- you handle objections well and do not give up easily
  • Thrive in a team-oriented environment
  • Quick learner, able to adapt to new approaches
  • Boast excellent time management skills: able to organize and manage multiple priorities (pipeline management experience a plus)
  • Energetic, eager, can-do attitude
