Job Purpose and Impact
The Food Ingredient Bio-Industrial (FIBI) EMEA Foodservice Leader will provide leadership and general management for the foodservice business, including its Go To Market team. In this role, you will develop and deploy ONE FIBI EMEA foodservice strategies by leading and running the local resources, including sales, trading and risk management, commercial operations and services. You will deliver the business results as jointly defined by the segment leaders, product line leaders and local teams FIBI EMEA leaders, focusing on all segments of food service, QSR, distributors and institutional and development and deployment of new services and downstream product offerings.
Key Accountabilities
Develop Foodservice strategy for Europe region.
Define plan for growth in partnership with other Europe commercial leaders and global Foodservice leadership.
Build regional GTM structure and team for Foodservice channel with Europe commercial leaders, CPS, and global Foodservice leadership.
Stand up relevant Sales, Account Management, Distributor Mgt, Tech Service, Risk Mgt, Commercial Marketing, Insights, Sales Enablement
Perform market-back segmentation and develop tailored value proposition
Liaise with FIBI CE CoE and Foodservice teams to ensure deployment of relevant tools, processes and frameworks across the region.
Manage Foodservice marketing on behalf of Europe region.
Manage consumer and market insight for Foodservice on behalf of region, both for essential ingredients and tailored solution

Lead team of Category Leaders (QSR, Chains, Independents) responsible for innovation pipeline and product portfolio
Drive Foodservice top line growth and business development, with aim to build future P&L in tailored solutions.
Provide better access to breadth of Cargill portfolio and develop offering to serve independent restaurants in Europe
Work with R&D to develop right tech service expertise for Foodservice customers and expand co-innovation capabilities
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills and ability to navigate successfully in a highly matrixed organization.
Experience within the Foodservice business
Fluent in written and verbal English
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and influence customers, employees, and senior management
Strong sales, marketing and account management experience
Ability to manage financial and risk mitigation elements of the business including budgets and product margins
Minimum 10 years of directly related work experience, minimum 7 years of supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years of related work experience
Experience building a new business
