Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch features 493 rooms and suites with balconies and terraces offering breathtaking sunsets, mountain, or golf course views. Our property offers a state of the art Spa, 2.5-acre water playground complete with a sand beach and 3-story high-speed waterslide, private golf course, and nightly entertainment.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Grand Clubs are exclusive, private lounges that cater to VIPs and frequent stay members. These clubs offer a variety of food and beverage services as well as current periodicals and the latest in media options and technology. In addition to refreshing the lounge, the Grand Club Attendant is responsible for answering questions and making reservations or recommendations. This position offers the opportunity to engage in casual conversation and to indulge special requests.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

· A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a relaxed environment.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate lifting.

· Must be able to stand and lift up to 30 lbs.

· Refined verbal skills.

· Basic computer skills.

· Opera, Colleague Advantage, and excel knowledge preferred.

· AZ Food Handlers License
