Hyatt Front Office I Front Office Host ($26.25/Hour) in SEATTLE, Washington

Description:

Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Front Office Team as a Front Office Host at the Grand Hyatt Seattle!

Front Office Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Host and have a wonderful opportunity to make a lasting impression for our guests!

The position offers an hourly rate range of $26.25 to $27.80. The starting hourly rate for this position is $26.25. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in the position for four years, which is $26.78. For those Front Office Hosts promoted to Lead, this position offers $27.25/hour, and for those Front Office Lead Hosts who have remained in the position for four years, they are offered a rate of $27.80/hour.

This position has the potential to earn additional compensation through:

  • Gratuities provided at the guest’s discretion

  • "Upsell" Incentive when selling an upgraded room to a guest's reservation.

  • Scheduling designation as "World of Hyatt Expert"
