Summary of Experience

  • Multi-unit responsibility with retail operations understanding

  • General understanding of analytics and data

  • General business experience in large, matrixed organizations

  • Managing complex large-scale business projects

  • Working with end-users to define workflows and integrate business processes and technology into effective business solutions

  • Building, leading and mentoring teams

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to simplify and structure complex and ambiguous problems

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

  • Ability to present complicated material in a concise and effective way

  • Project management skills for large and complex problems involving multiple sub-teams

  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with business partners

  • Ability to positively contribute, lead and establish cross-functional, teams

  • Ability to mentor and develop others

  • Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities

  • Knowledge of basic business principles and company goals and objectives

  • Ability to negotiate and influence
