THE WORK

In this role, you’ll lead continuous improvement initiatives across three sites for Maintenance Overhaul & Repair (MRO) . You will be responsible for accelerating Six Sigma best practices, providing operational expertise, and supporting effective project management. Acting as a key liaison, you’ll connect project management, planning, and production teams, reviewing project statuses, managing schedules, and generating reports that keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.

You are a strategic and results-driven project manager with expertise in Six Sigma methodologies. You bring experience managing project schedules, budgets, and reports, with a keen eye for identifying and addressing issues to meet productivity and quality goals. Basic Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 8 years of professional experience; or 6 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

Familiar with lean Six Sigma Principles Comprehension of analytical tools, workflow time studies, and project management.

Familiar with databases, data mining, and data analytics- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills coupled with being a team player

Desired Skills:

Familiar with continuous improvement tools: SAP, Solumina, JIRA, & Tableau Dashboards.

Strong Organization & Project Management skills, including attention to details.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to address and resolve issues.

Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate.

Previous Sikorsky Operations experience.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
