Performing facility operations such as unloading soy beans from rail cars, and loading soymeal/hulls on rail and trucks, ensuring proper weights and record
Push beans into or within bins using mobile equipment
Operate all equipment associated with the elevator process, including railcar puller, drags, conveyors, bean dryers, truck dump, and Meal Loadout using a computer with PLC (programmable logic controller) software
Process samples utilizing lab equipment to obtain and record values on a computer spreadsheet and collect samples for several process areas
Basic maintenance and operator care of equipment to ensure ongoing facility operations
Providing excellent customer service and engaging with team members
Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Other duties as assigned
Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to perform physical job duties with or without reasonable accommodation: work in heights, open/close rail car lids and doors, bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, twisting, work in confined spaces and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Must be able to work in various weather, industrial and agricultural settings
Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
Must be able to understand and communicate in English(verbal/written)
Basic computer skills
Ability to work overtime, holidays, nights, weekends or different shifts
Must be able to learn computer software programs such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, and SAP
Prior experience in production/industrial related work
