What will you do

The Customer Logistics Analyst is responsible for supporting the NeoStrata Deliver organization by providing advanced analytical support that transforms raw data into actionable information and ultimately drives business and strategy decisions. This role is also composed of tactical responsibilities that drive increases in inventory accuracy, 3PL operational performance, and customer service. The position requires strong collaboration with various cross-functional groups including extended Supply Chain Organization, Quality, Commercial, and Finance on various long-term initiatives and day-to-day tasks:

Key Responsibilities

• Own sales order management and order processing in ERP for international accounts

• Manage daily operational issues pertaining to international orders, including communication of order changes and/or updates to distributors, wave planning, inventory order allocation, invoicing, etc.

• Cross-functional collaboration and communication across commercial, finance, E2E supply chain, quality, and PMO in support of product launches, trade customization, value-added services, and sales attainment

• Interact with buyers and/or finance team to create and/or manage purchase orders supporting open invoices.

• Development and ownership of delivering analytics capabilities to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiencies, and improved service, in support of delivering analytics capabilities

• Support commercial and/or marketing initiatives for business growth and development

• Track and verify the accuracy of 3PL spending as part of overall Deliver spend management and Gross Profit improvement plans

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• A minimum Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience

• Experience working in ERP systems (SAP, Epicor, etc.)

Desires Qualifications

• A proactive approach to managing business and a continuous improvement mindset

• Strong analytics capabilities (advanced MS Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.) presentation skills, and communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams preferred

• Project management experience

• May require up to 10% of domestic travel
