Role reports to: Team Lead Franchise Intergration

Location: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)

Travel : 10%

Pay: $ 73,000 – 117,300

What you will do

The Senior Analyst will maintain the relationship between the Franchise (Supply Chain, Commercial and Quality) organizations back into the Deliver function, serving as the conduit of information flowing in/out of Deliver. You will also represent Customer and Deliver requirements related to product lifecycle management and inbound/outbound processes; providing product design input in new product development, inventory allocation to the customer, and recall/withdrawal management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Franchise support and subject matter expertise in business processes and systems.

  • Focus areas include: Order to Cash system capability, quality, and business processes, which entails identifying/prioritizing systemic problems and improvement opportunities, providing business process knowledge to support new processes and designs, and translating business requirements into system requirements.

  • Use project management skills to support Deliver and the Franchise Teams.

  • Use in-depth knowledge to develop and implement overall project plans, project goals and timeline.

  • Devise control plans to enable fast and reliable business decisions by management.

  • Lead cross-company/cross-functional analyses and give strategic recommendations based on cost-benefit analyses and/or compliance.

  • Lead key portions of Transitional Service Agreements.

  • Develop comprehensive business models.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s or equivalent University degree required; focused degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Technology, Logistics, and/or Operations is preferred

  • Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience required

  • Intermediate Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables

  • Strong collaboration skills, able to influence without authority, and have a creative approach

  • Demonstrated successful negotiation and conflict resolution abilities

  • A strong analytical background and solid analytical skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in at least one of the following areas: Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations, and/or Engineering

  • Advanced experience manipulating data with Excel macros

  • Project management experience and/or PMP/FPX certification

  • APICS, Six Sigma and/or LEAN Belt certification

  • Experience communicating with Senior-level leadership (Director/VP level)

  • Order Management process and/or ERP experience (such as SAP)

  • Proven success working in complex, multi-disciplinary, virtual, organization where priorities change rapidly and tight deadlines exist

  • Proven ability to think strategically and implement approved strategies to drive value

  • Demonstrated customer passion, customer-centric mentality
